Can I leave a 10-star review???? Deb goes the extra mile at every opportunity. First of all, sent her an idea for a growth chart and immediately she got back to me with a mock up. Worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and we're happy with. But then she really knocked it out of the park. First, after the purchase was done and received she sent a refund because she forgot to apply a discount to the order. I had no idea and didn't ask for it. Then a few weeks after receiving the initial order she sent a duplicate item stitched instead of glued because she had noticed a problem with the adhesive from the first order. Again, I didn't ask for this, but out kindness and great business sense she wanted to ensure my item would withstand the test of time. Unbelievable! More business owners shoul take a pageout of her book.
