The design is machine embroidered. Your pillow will be one of a kind - and I will work with you to ensure it is exactly what you want. Up to two revisions are included in the price,
How To Order
- Select Pillow Cover only or Pillow Cover and Insert
- In the notes to seller box - Enter Thread Colors, Name (first - middle - last), birth date, time of birth, weight, length and preferred design (Teddy Bear, Foot Prints, Elephant, Sports, Flower, Fox, etc.) I will do my best to accommodate your choice.

Due to the personalization of this product, I do not accept cancellations, refunds or credits. If there are any issues with your pillow, please contact me within 48 hours.
- Your pillow cover will measure 13" x 13" and utilize a 14 inch insert which can be selected at checkout or purchased locally.
- It is made with a linen blend fabric which should be dry cleaned.
- The back has a concealed zipper for easy removal of the insert for cleaning.
- Once I have all your information, I will create a preliminary mock-up for your review. Please watch for my email and respond with changes your would like. After 24 hours I will assume the design is approved and proceed with production.
Cleaning
- Spot clean as required
- Professionally dry clean
- Lay flat to dry
- Do not press direction on the embroidering (cover with a soft cloth is ironing is required)
When replacing the insert after cleaning, be sure to pull the sides of the zipper together. Like any nylon zipper, it will separate with excessive stress.
- Your order will ship USPS Ground Advantage which typically takes between 3 and 6 days.
- If you would like expedited shipping, you can select that at checkout.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment, but will assist you in submitting a claim to the carrier.
